On August 19, 2019, the General Expert Group Meeting on Technological Innovation and Equipment Manufacturing of Key Industries in Hebei Province successfully held in our company.
The General Expert Group of Technological Innovation and Equipment Manufacturing of Key Industries in Hebei Province was led by Hebei Science and Technology Department and organized by Hebei University of Science and Technology, which combines the experts from universities, research institutes, enterprises and other fields. This was the first meeting after the establishment of the Expert Group, themed General Schemes for Implementation of Series of Three-year Action Plan, the Provincial Scientific and Technological Innovation and Strategic Emerging Industries, and Opinons on Development of Equipment Manufacturing Industry. With the goal of promoting high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry, and guided by breakthroughs and transformation of key and core technologies, we will carry out technological innovation projects in the equipment manufacturing industry, cultivate new industrial advantages, create new industrial drivers, build new heights of the industry and accelerate construction of an equipment manufacturing industry system supported by scientific and technological innovation.
General Manager Li Zongxing attended the meeting and introduced the general situation of the company. Deputy Director of High-tech Division of Hebei Science and Technology Department Shi Zhutie attended the meeting and interpreted the working concepts and key tasks of technological innovation in Hebei equipment manufacturing industry. After the discussion among the experts at the meeting, it was decided that the development of the two industrial chains of robot and advanced rail transit equipment should be promoted first. Li Tiejun, vice-president of Hebei University of Technology, was elected as the leader of the expert group on robot, and Du Huiqian, deputy chief engineer of CRRC Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. was elected as the leader of the expert group on advanced rail transit equipment. The second expert group meeting is expected in September.
The meeting was successfully held in KING company, which enabled the Hebei science and technology department and other experts to have a deeper understanding of the company and laid a good foundation for subsequent cooperation between KING company and scientific research institutions.
